Any media file that is downloaded on Indiemart such as text, audio or video is your responsibility to not lose or misplace. If for some reason these files weren't properly transferred over please write to our customer service with the name and tracking number of the purchase. If there was a problem with the data being transferred, Indiemart will allow another copy to be downloaded free of charge. For goods being sold on Indiemart, Indiemart is a venue where merchants sell there product. If a good is not shipped or the terms of the contract are not met, please take up those inquires with the payment system which the money was sent if a refund is desired. Most vendors will use PayPal for this service and check with the payment gateway for all refunds. It is your right to write a bad review if a merchant doesn't deliver the specified product, a high volume of complaints against a merchant will warrant an investigation by Indiemart and might lead to disciplinary action that may include suspension or termination of the service for that merchant.

For all downloadable files, the download is started instantaneously. When goods are shipped by merchants they are to have their shipping policies clearly stated in their store. Indiemart doesn't specify any guidelines for shipping requirements. Please check individual merchant store for shipping policies and procedures.

Buying on Indiemart is easy. Anybody can browse our site, in order to make a purchase you must be signed in to your account. If information has been entered previously and saved, there is no need to reenter that information again.
